After three decades working across Europe, the Mediterranean, and beyond, I now cook privately in Mallorca for guests who want to relax and truly enjoy their time around the table.

I grew up in the English countryside, where fishing, hunting, and the family garden shaped how I cook. Simple, seasonal, and always respectful of the ingredients.

I've cooked in restaurants, on luxury yachts, and in private villas across the Mediterranean and the Arabian Sea. Now based in Palma, I offer a personal private chef service for villa holidays, yacht charters, and special occasions throughout Mallorca, with menus tailored to every guest, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and other dietary requirements.

  • Yes. I take care of the entire dining experience — from shopping for ingredients to preparing and serving the meal in your villa or yacht, and leaving the kitchen clean afterwards.

  • During the summer season in Mallorca it is best to book as early as possible. However, last-minute requests are sometimes possible depending on availability.
